Milma Ghee is made from high quality butter obtained from cow and clarified under precise and controlled conditions. The colour of this Ghee is white to light yellow. This ghee can be used in making sweets, dal tadka, vegetable fries etc. Ghee can be made from butter obtained from both cow and buffalo milk.
